2. As for people who complained about the tiny size of the rooms, well, you are in NYC and most hotel rooms are small and you tend to be out a lot anyway.

3. But I can't complain that they have a lot of customers, can I? Staff Always had something nice to say, do, or offer ~~~ even with the hotel completely full, we didn't feel like just 'one-more client'.

4. Breakfast room could benefit from a few more tables but you were allowed to take food to the roof terrace or room with a tray provided so can't really complain.

7. I would have complained that they put me in the language I like the least but the bookshelf included an English translation of a book I've wanted to read so that took care of that objection :)I appreciated the ease of using the business center to print my boarding pass.

8. The only problem we had, and I didn't consider it significant enough to complain, was that the bathroom door would get stuck when you closed it, and it was somewhat difficult to open.

9. If you wanred to find something to complain about, the wireless internet was slow, but it was free.
