Lighting is
poor
, the absence of any reading light next to the bed is particularly annoying.

The rooms are decorated very nicely; however we only had a small window which did not let in much sunlight at al and the view was

To be fair, my average review is partly based on the aesthetic appeal of the hotel, not a reflection of
poor
service.

The hotel 'scene' in Boston isn't that great - the W and Nine Zero are popular but sparse and
poor
in service.

We had one
poor
experience - the Wi-Fi did not work in our 9th floor room, however once we found the right person to help us (front counter receptionist Natalie) everything was taken care of.

It's still a good place to stay, but we feel it has slipped a bit, eg rooms looking a bit tatty, cooked breakfast
poor
and we had to ask 3 times to get a foam pillow delivered to the room.

I usually am not an avid room service person, but because of my own
poor
time-management skills, I needed to get a quick bite while I showered and got ready for the evening.
