1. The problems cited range from the inability of our employees to access the wireless internet to the extremely loud air-conditioning.

One of the male staff on night duty at the front desk was obnoxious, asking if we had 'rented a couch instead of a room' (we had landed our stuff on one of the couches to the left of the front desk because the 'business' space was full), but he was fairly easy to brush off as having an loud and obnoxious sense of humor.

There are a couple of negatives to this hotel, the first is the air conditioning, it is so loud that it is impossible to keep it on at night, second are the building sites across from the hotel, (when checking in perhaps ask if your room overlooks these sites), if you are a early riser(and I mean early.
