We expected only the best but what we faced was a terrible service, first the van from the airport dropped us in the wrong side, at the Wynn, due to that we'd to walk the entire complex which is a considerable walking distance carrying 3 bags, which was really hard for just the 2 of us, although was noticeble how hard was for us doing that, there was a single employee that offered us help with the bags, but this was just the beggining, when we arrived at the room for our surprise the room wasn't clean with towels on the floor, garbage spread around and the bed yet to be made.
