1. Such a shame when everywhere you see Steve Wynn (owner of Encore) on TV screens say how committed he is to service, the staff do not deliver on his promise.

4. you couldn't hear other guests in their rooms so i guess they took this into consideration when building the hotel(it's just a shame they didn't bother with soundproof glass aswell).

8. But what a shame that our request of a strip view wasnt accomadated( I would ring the hotel directly a couple of days before if you want this) Bathroom was one of the biggest I have seen.

9. Our next stay at Vegas will be at the Wynn or we will try somewhere else away from the pretenious nightclubers that seem to be overtaking the Encore and the lack of sleep, which is a shame because it is definately the nicest resort on the strip.
