1. We stayed at Encore in April, the check in process was terrible, the girl that checked us in was rude, offered no information to us, we had to ask questions about breakfast etc.

9. When I explained the the front desk and manager about our problems they did give us a credit for buffet but honestly for the inconvenience and rudeness i experienced later on at check out it was not worth it.
