We stayed at Encore in April, the check in process was terrible, the girl that checked us in was

, offered no information to us, we had to ask questions about breakfast etc.

I never couldn't sleep, I could never hear the nightclub, the staff were never
rude
, and I never saw any disgusting or Lewd behaviour from patrons.

When I explained the the front desk and manager about our problems they did give us a credit for buffet but honestly for the inconvenience and
