1. I typically understand and don't mind a few issues in hotel rooms, as human error is bound to occur.

2. All these issues were expressed to a very nice front desk manager, and she apologized for the issues, she offered to send up a bottle of liquor that was the choice of our bachelor which was Blue Label by Johnnie Walker.

3. Why wasn't the dock plugged in, how was there hair missed in the bathroom, and did no one check the TV remote to see if it works? On top of all that, the issue that sent me over the edge was: when I got into the shower the handle was severely loose and would not stand in the position you wanted it.

8. This was an absurd for an expensive hotel like that, when we called the reception about this issue it took almost 1 HOUR until someone could come the room to take us to a clean room.
