1. I stayed at this hotel last weekend for a bachelor party and I was disappointed with the service and maintenance of our room.

Now where do I begin with the downfall, we paid a good price compared to what it is normally worth (lowcostusa for the heads up, great prices and great service) but if i had paid what it was worth I would have been disappointed as there is a cost for EVERYTHING, and it just feels like they are pushing it with the ludicrous prices for things such as wifi is $14 a day per device where as many of the hotels in better locations offer FREE wifi.

9. disappointed that they didn't have our room - we reserved King Suite - they said at check-in that no room type is guaranteed until check-in.

10. I wasn't even close to earning anything with my card this time, which was a little disappointing and the red card desk was not very helpful or friendly in explaining the levels of benefits, but with the deal I got on my room I still consider having the card worth it.
