1. The only negative comment I can make is regarding the amenities in the room and I already complained about that directly to them: guests should have their own coffee/tea maker.

2. The only negative thing I would have to say about the Encore / Wynn property would be that for the size of the resort the pools are very small and can become crowded quickly.
