1. Saw Deadmaus at XS, which was awesome (did have to rather generously tip the promoter to get in and avoid the line; but that's the way in Vegas if you're not doing bottle service, and it was worth it).

4. Because of reading other reviews on TA we decided to request an odd number room facing north to avoid the club noise as we preferred quiet over the view.

5. I'm not sure how to avoid this one, stay when the clubs aren't in full swing? After being awakened I went down to the casino to gamble a little and was appalled at the mess these kids were making outside of the the clubs, I was equally amazed at the valiant effort the custodial staff was making to keep up with them.

7. Try and avoid the north side - a lot of reviews say it is quiter, but the view is not good - a lot of old hotels and abandoned projects.
