1. The only negative comment I can make is regarding the amenities in the room and I already complained about that directly to them: guests should have their own coffee/tea maker.

2. I complained to the front desk of what took so long to get the room cleaned and he said something along the lines of, 'well you wanted a room next to your friends and its possible the previous guest didn't check out until late.

3. I commented that I was planning to complain when they came up to collect it as i hadnt eaten it and they would see that.

The noise from the nightclub people in reviews are complaining about i think is not from the actual, nightclub but from the beach club nightclub which is based outside and goes on all night til the early hours so if you are in a room facing strip view this noise will hit your room no matter what the height.

7. Aside from being at the far end of the strip (which isn't a concern for us but maybe for some) I could not find one thing to complain about.

8. There is nothing about the actual room or the facilities to complain about, however there have been a few issues rising over the last couple of years and it has to do with the noise and clientele of the place since the clubs have taken hold.

Best rooms in LAS, lovely property but the checkin experience was haunted by computer problems that resulted in being checked in, checked out by accident, room keys being deactivated necessitating a trip back to front desk and being treated somewhat indifferently when we complained that they knew when they check us out to correct the previous nights error that our keys would be deactivated and should have taken care of it.
