1. South Beach has gone back to being a little shabby, more crowded, and with gang elements cruising the strip.

2. Our first room was a little dirty, some things cracked, upgraded to a PH jacuzzi for $150 /night, don't bother- rooftop is basically open to other rooms and hotels, not private, we used it once , a little shabby, and side view of ocean.
