This seems to be a problem across the hotel that needs a serious looking at as when we went to check out, these two ladies were at the desk complaining about what sounded like the same issue, the trouble for them was that their toilet ended up overflowing and flooding their room getting toilet water on their clothes from the sounds of it.

9. Can't complain about anything during our stay, our suite was beautiful, the bed was amazing, the entire staff was super friendly and everyhting we wanted to do was in walking distance.
