1. Dust on everything, utensils in room dirty, fridge doesn't get any colder than room temperature, rugs not vacuumed, sand on the floor and who would want to use the hot tub when the thing is filthy and filled w/hair and all this upon arrival.

2. No atmosphere in the hotel at all,all staff except receptionist are very rude and stuck up, wont even say hello, got filthy looks.
