4. We stayed in the Penthouse suite the first night back and switched to the Spa suite after that because the roof top terrace w/ hot tub can be viewed by neighboring hotels and lacks privacy.

5. By far our biggest disappointement with South Beach was the 18% service fee added on to your food, Not that I mind paying 18% for good food and service but we found quite often the service lacking as they already knew they're getting the tip.

8. pool area was nice and cozy, however as previously pointed out, the pool deck was sorely lacking in housekeeping (you'd think management would have read the previous reviews and corrected this.
