1. This hotel either has a severe communication issue or considered me to be an 'unfit' occupant.

9. I really can not blame the hotel for this because I think this person (whose name was Alex I think and was this tall guy with dark hair who spoke french) had some personality issues.

10. We were never sure if it was a genuine issue with the toilet or us, it was only on the day we were checking out that we realized it was definitely the toilet, and at that point we didn't have time to spend with a maintenance person, as we needed to get going.
