1. The only negative is that the beach side chairs are not set up at opening time and the staff (third party company) is not very fast about setting them up.

3. The shower is amazing, marble everything in the bathroom, amazing flat screen TVs, mini kitchens, EVERY room is a suite, beds to die for - overall I can't say one negative thing, and trust me I would.
