1. We have no complaints about the staff but unfortunately the standards of the building have declined with each visit and we will reluctantly choose to stay elsewhere next time.

2. We thought that being on the 4th, it could be noisy from the traffic noise so we asked for higher floor but unfortunately they were not able to accommodate because the hotel was fully booked.

3. It's very good value and in a great location close to the beach, but unfortunately we hardly slept at all the whole time we were there due to the extremely thin walls and our neighbour who chose to talk on the phone all night and sleep all day.

5. Also, for Hawaiian air travelers, they have a kiosk in their lobby, so when you are ready to unfortunately head back home, there is someone available there to check you in, get your seats and even check your bags for you (for a small fee).

7. unfortunately the pool was being repaired while I was there but we had use of the Ohana West pool which is always nice.
