2. Maid service was very good, I must say I wonder why the hotel has not replaced the carpets with tile -cleaning up the sand from the carpet must be awful.

3. On the downside the sound-proofing was awful - you could hear every conversation/cough etc in the adjoining room and the toilets were so noisy you could literally lie on the bed and hear them being flushed up and down the hotel.

4. The front staff lady (Samoan looking lady, larger build) was awful to deal with and I certainly won't be staying here ever again.
