4. I have never left a negative review before but this woman was so rude and had such a negative attitude i feel that people should be aware of the service and quality that is on offer at the Ohana.

5. There was a certain amount of street noise that was noticeable and we could occasionally hear people in the room next door (from our bathroom), though neither was distracting enough to be a big negative.

6. Keeping in mind that pretty much ALL the hotels in Waikiki are old and were designed many years ago, the things that I would call negative will be pretty much the same across the city andf it would be unfair to criticise this hotel for that.

7. I liked just everything about this hotel, but my only negatives, has to do with bathroom.

8. The only negative I would say about the hotel was the Activities Desk staff was NOT helpful or friendly, they seem to only want to push there duties off on other hotel staff.

9. I had read past negative reviews regarding cleanliness & small showers but I had no problems- I know for a fact our room was vacuumed regularly & our shower roomy enough to fit myself & my two young girls together(maybe that depends on room type).
