1. I don't have a problem with anyone smoking, but when a hotel establishment forbids it anywhere on the property, and people decide to break the rule, it's infringing not only on my (and others') right to a smoke-free hotel stay, it also causes other non-smokers to have to smell and/or breathe the smoke.

7. To be honest we did research on other hotels in Waikiki via trip advisor and it seems a lot of hotels have this problem.

9. Our only problem was the fact that we are tea drinkers and it is impossible to make a decent cuppa with a coffee maker - and if that's our only complaint, well you don't travel the world just to drink tea.
