1. I don't know if it's their policy, but we'd have to spend a few minutes logging on due to some type of issue, which had nothing to do with our computer.

7. only issue was our 3 night in, a bunch of teenagers were pre-partying in the room next to us so it was really loud, must have been at least 8-10 of them, but we complained and they changed our rooms.
