1. I felt robbed after travelling two days to get there and to be perfectly honest it was very disappointing, full of drunken kids at night in the clubs and bars, plenty of prostitutes and tramps in the central area, the only decent thing was using the local bus to get to Pearl Harbour and it was free entry so dont go and waste your money spenind $30 to a agent for a tour there.

8. )Overall, hotels in Waikiki are quite expensive so the Ohana East offers a comfortable stay at a reasonable price in a very central location - just don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed.

We had toured the West Coast of America staying in 6 different Hotels none of which were as bad as the Ohana we arrived and were greeted by a lovely guy given our key and a warm smile we then went up to our room imagine our disappointment when we opened the door and were immediately transported back to Bennidorm circa 1980 we were surrounded by high rise hotels from every angle and the pool below was obscured by a black net as we stood on a tiny balcony .

10. Royal Hawaiian renovation has taken away some of the charm of their outdoor beach bar/cafe and restaurant makeover has removed many of our old favorites from the menu which was disappointing.
