1. The only downside is the $20 per night parking fee, but I understand this is typicla for the area.

3. On the downside the sound-proofing was awful - you could hear every conversation/cough etc in the adjoining room and the toilets were so noisy you could literally lie on the bed and hear them being flushed up and down the hotel.

4. On the downside - the hotel was upgrading the balconies across the complex and we didnt find out until we arrived so the sound of hammering concrete during the day was a problem on a couple of the days that we wanted an afternoon nap but for the price really couldnt complain.

10. As long as you can handle walking a few blocks here and there Ohana East is a great location for its locationThe only downside is the small bathroom with limited counter space and small shower which the door didn't open as wide as I would have liked.
