1. After complaining on my first morning I managed to change rooms, three nights later.

2. only issue was our 3 night in, a bunch of teenagers were pre-partying in the room next to us so it was really loud, must have been at least 8-10 of them, but we complained and they changed our rooms.

7. When I complained that my wife and I were not going to sleep in separate beds they somehow miraculously found a room with one queen bed.

8. On the downside - the hotel was upgrading the balconies across the complex and we didnt find out until we arrived so the sound of hammering concrete during the day was a problem on a couple of the days that we wanted an afternoon nap but for the price really couldnt complain.

9. On the second and third nights we complained- the hotel was quite good about talking to him, but it made no difference, and I can understand that he felt he should be able to speak in his own room.
