My rom was a dump, the hallways had worn and dirty carpet, low ceilings with dirty paint, the upholstered chair in my room was spotted and filthy, the mattress was visibly lumpy, the doorway to the bathroom was less than 24' wide, and there was NO door, the silvering on the mirrors was flaking off.
