1. We told her the maid's story about the cell phones and suddenly all was clear for her, yes indeed the problem was caused by cell phones.

3. I indicated that I wasn't too pleased to have to wait in a line for over half an hour to discuss the problem and that I wasn't going to stand around in the hallway waiting for someone to show up.

9. Not a problem if you are coming or going on a cruise ship, except for the occasional times that the ships blow their horns.
