5. Then there's the food issue - aside from a deli between the buildings, there is no place to eat inexpensively (a bar/restaurant which is part of a pub chain is located on the property.

6. Given the above issues I do not know why the Holiday Inn does not start upgrading this hotel as it has the potential to be a winner.

8. I didn't mind that much as I'd read the reviews and seen that this was an issue so I was prepared.
