1. When I rung reception they told me to put a towel up against the door, when I asked if they had other complaints the answer was no, but in the lift the next morning one couple said they had to go outside to bring in the balcony furniture it was moving around so much and making a terrible noise.

2. Once seeing how bad the room was I did call the Manager who did reduce the rate to my original rate (but frankly, I shouldn't have had to pay for the terrible room without a real bed.

10. I stayed their because of the Fires, the room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, parking was terrible, and the window latch was busted, the room was small and this stay was way over priced.
