1. Because the hotel is on the other side (south) of the Congress bridge, i worried that it would not be easily accessible to the great dining and entertainment places on the north side - i was wrong - those places are easy walks or cheap cab rides.

6. There were plenty of things that went wrong with this hotel, but for almost everything that went wrong the hotel staff cheerfully and eagerly tried to fix the problem.

7. The hotel is in a great location very close to Downtown, but it's really on the wrong side of the lake for easy pedestrian access to Downtown attractions.

8. In the land of Dell Computers, and in a city known for its celebration of creative technology and openness, it seems wrong for the Hyatt to charge a fee for wireless in-room internet and for use of its business center.

9. It was on the wrong side of the river, so downtown was not ideal for people with out a car, & walls were thin - I could hear the people next door.

10. Then later that night when it was 20 degrees outside the heater broke and they couldn't fix it until the morning because someone had put the wrong size fuses in the units and they were all blowing out all over the hotel so they had run out of the replacements by the time they got to our room.
