Because the hotel is on the other side (south) of the Congress bridge, i worried that it would not be easily accessible to the great dining and entertainment places on the north side - i was
wrong
- those places are easy walks or cheap cab rides.

There is nothing
wrong
with it, just nothing to distinguish it from any other hotel like this anywhere else - it is bland.

There were plenty of things that went
wrong
with this hotel, but for almost everything that went
wrong
the hotel staff cheerfully and eagerly tried to fix the problem.

The hotel is in a great location very close to Downtown, but it's really on the
wrong
side of the lake for easy pedestrian access to Downtown attractions.

In the land of Dell Computers, and in a city known for its celebration of creative technology and openness, it seems
wrong
for the Hyatt to charge a fee for wireless in-room internet and for use of its business center.

It was on the
wrong
side of the river, so downtown was not ideal for people with out a car, & walls were thin - I could hear the people next door.

Then later that night when it was 20 degrees outside the heater broke and they couldn't fix it until the morning because someone had put the
wrong
size fuses in the units and they were all blowing out all over the hotel so they had run out of the replacements by the time they got to our room.
