2. unfortunately, they decided to use full beds instead of queen beds and it can be pretty cramp if you are use to sleeping on a king bed.

4. I would like to give the hotel a very good rating because of their staff and the location but unfortunately, in addition to the roach, the small bathroom and closet, the hotel was hosting a University retreat which meant many loud boisterous young people and many empty pizza boxes in the hallway, which 20 years ago would have been fun but now not so much.

5. Maybe it was the proximity to the lake, but unfortunately we were welcomed by a live roach in the bathtubAdd that having been said the staff was very helpful and responsive and the location is great as you are just across the water from downtown Austin so you can enjoy the healthy outdoor activities (kayaks, paddle boards, jogging/walking trails, boat cruises) of being lakeside and be 5 minutes from any downtown location.

7. unfortunately, the guy who agreed to comp our WiFi didn't put any notes on our account, so I had to convince them when we checked out that someone had offered to give us a free day of WiFi.
