1. View was exceptionalBathroom was out dated and looked as if it needed a touch up Walls in room were scuffed up and wall border was falling off, no fridge- closet door was broken-When you pay 269 ( not taxed) for a room on a thursday night at a hyatt, in my opinion more is expected.

2. With a huge open atrium in the center of the hotel Hyatt choose to remove the plants that at one time probably draped from each level, that is a shame as the additional greenery would have broken the starkness of all of the white.
