6. Cons- - Did I mention how bad the air freshener was?- We called the front desk for an extra luggage rack 3 times over 2 days and ultimately got one by asking house keeping for one directly and they gave us the one from the room they were cleaning.

7. Service was pretty bad--it took me five calls to the front desk to resolve a problem with their (absurdly expensive--since we both had to do some work from the room, it was $20.

9. Several nights there was live music on the riverside patio which wasn't bad - but of course if you're in Austin for the music, you'll find great music all over downtown.

10. I wish I had stayed longer at this hotel instead of the Stephen F Austin Intercontinental, which wasn't bad, just small rooms and more vintage style.
