1. My only gripes are minor: (1) the phone in the room had an annoying hum, making it difficult to use,(b) the room service menu was rather limited, with no late-night options, (c) no shampoo in the bathroom upon arrival, and (d) a rather deformed ironing board.

2. Front desk could not seem to turn off the nnotification that a package was waiting for me at the front desk which I had picked up but no one knew how to turn off the notification which got so annoying I had to get an engineer involved.
