5. This carries and amplifies noise to such an extent that even from my room on the fourteenth floor, the ambient noise from the bar and restaurant below was so loud as to prevent me from getting work done.

I would like to give the hotel a very good rating because of their staff and the location but unfortunately, in addition to the roach, the small bathroom and closet, the hotel was hosting a University retreat which meant many loud boisterous young people and many empty pizza boxes in the hallway, which 20 years ago would have been fun but now not so much.
