1. The bathroom lacked shower gel, but it did supply body lotion, a bar of soap, shampoo and conditioner.

4. The room itself was OK, the problem was the staff was unprofessional, lacked basic knowledge of their own city and didn't understand how to run a high-end hotel like other Hyatt locations do.
