1. The rooms have been renovated with a very updated look.
"Great Hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/6/2012 Vote
2. Despite the fairly recent guest room renovation in 2006 (the renovation of the common areas and restaurant were more recent than that, 2009), the room did begin to show some early signs of tiredness -- there were a few scratches/gouges on the wall and the carpeted floor didn't appear to have been vacuumed during our 3-night stay -- although this could be due more to housekeeping issues than the facilities themselves per se.

3. The popcorn ceiling is about the only thing that wasn't renovated.
"Good location. Comfortable and contemporary rooms. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/30/2010 Vote
4. Although this property appears to have been built in the 80's, Hyatt has done a great job keeping it renovated and up-to-date.

6. The property is at least 30 years old, and they have clearly attempted to renovate.

7. I'll bet that a few years ago, pre-renovation, it was probably starting to feel very dated.
"Freshened-up look... A very good choice " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/15/2009 Vote
8. Great location, recently renovated, gorgeous.

9. The rooms had gotten a bit worn and dated (we stayed at the Hyatt on a previous trip the day before they closed for renovations).
"Comfortable and friendly " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/9/2009 Vote
10. The actually hotel is a little disappointing - it's obviously been recently renovated with new furniture, but the hotel needs more of a serious overhaul (the structure itself feels very old and dark; the bathrooms are super small, the tile is very dated).
"Not a Great Hotel but Good Value and Location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/1/2009 Vote
