1. They booked my reservation wrong twice and finally had to ask for someone present at the hotel and not at the corporate reservation center to get what I wanted.

7. Overall, I would say that this hotel lives up to it's 4-star rating, and for the low price I paid, how could one go wrong.

8. Don't get me wrong, it's a perfect location, the staff was generally friendly, and the room was large; unfortunately, the door to the bathroom was so stiff as to require both hands to slide it open and closed (I am very in-shape, this was ridiculous).

9. My check in welcoming was less than gracious, I had to pay to get to the roof top bar, my room was not cleaned on Saturday afternoon, my wake up call never called and they charged the room to the wrong credit card.

10. The other was being stopped each time I re-entered the hotel as security were preoccupied with stopping persons from entering the the hotel via the wrong entrance for the club.
