5. The only thing to note is that if you're a light sleeper, the sounds of the 'L' train stop at the corner could be a deal breaker for you; for me though, I am an urban dweller and a former downtown Chicago resident, so the city noises actually help me sleep like a baby.

6. I know that preivous reviewers have commented on the train noise, but I found the A/C unit MUCH more disruptive.
