2. I'm not sure what one does to cause a fire alarm (neither my boyfriend or myself smoke) but a quick apology for the inconvenience would have been appreciated not a blame for something i have NO control over.

3. The morning we were checking out our fire alarm went off in our room although inconvenient I can understand that this was not at the fault of the hotel, it happens.
