1. It was very annoying that when we extended our stay (I was with 6 others) each of us was locked out of our room the day we were originally due to depart at 7am.

9. My boyfriend and I continued packing and the alarm went off again, this time for about 15 solid minutes (its loud and extremely annoying to say the least) I received a second call from the front and here is my issue, the girl was extremely rude to me on the phone.
