2. Nothing wrong about this hotel except the working area to enlarge of the beach that force us to walk a little before getting to it.

3. When we arrived, we were told that 2 queen beds were not an option (they also said it happens frequently that companies who offer vacation packages get the accomodations wrong).

4. My so called double-upgrade resulted in a typical Marriott room (nothing wrong with that, nothing special either) in the beachfromt tower, with an excellent view of the Ashton hotel next door - fully blocking any Diamondhead view.

7. First, you guys made mistakes to give us wrong rooms with any sincere apology but just kept wanting to get ride of the trouble (me).

8. Don't get me wrong, this is a beautiful strip of Hawaii but realize that Honolulu is a big US city that happens to sit on the edge of a beach and comes with all the good and bad that has to offer.
