1. The two main avenues that cross Waikiki (Kalakaua and Kuhio), the hotel is on both avenues so getting to the hotel should not be a problem.

2. I had booked a basic room on points, but due to problems with a previous reservation, Marriott upgraded us to a nicer room for this stay (well handled by Marriott, to my satisfaction).

3. By the third day I asked for a manager to check the problem I raised my voice to et her know I was upset and she made sure it was corrected.

4. The sensor contraption in room 1833, had this problem where the door WAS closed but the air conditioner would not come one thus making the room hot.
