This place seems to have a lot of
unfriendly
staff, but I hear working two jobs to live on this beautiful island makes many grumpy.

The front desk staff was curt and
unfriendly
, and the hotel is packed with people, loud, and not evening the beach - you can't even get chairs or towels from the Marriott at the beach.

Shopping staff were a bit unhelpful and
unfriendly
(I guess there are a enough bad apples out there that shopkeeps shudder at the site of a four year old.

I could go on an on about the poor service at the pool-side bar, the non-helpful concierge, the slow and
unfriendly
check-in personel but I don't have the time.
