1. We shopped at all the recommended places but we only liked the Ala Moana Shopping Center (massively huge but we ate at Bubba Gump's there and it did make us sick so don't go).

3. we tried Wofgang Puck Express (decent fast food pizza just 1 block from the hotel ); Cheeseburger Paradise (we waited 45 minutes for decent cheeseburgers at 11am - horrible service but the food didn't make us sick); Jimmy Buffet for breakfast (cheaper than the hotel, not bad, not good, we didn't get sick here either).
