1. Wireless internet is good in the rooms but little snags when your in the lobby and hard to connect at times.

9. Its not very hard to be nice to to a guest that is low maintenance, nice, well mannered and respectful, yet some of these employees at this hotel even manage to throw an attitude under near perfect circumstances.
