1. We also noticed that the elevators are all showing their ages and looks worn out.

2. The bottom sheet was not big enough to cover the mattress, the towels were old and worn and we often came back to find the towels hadn't been replaced, rubbish hadn't been emptied, glasses hadn't been washed or had disappeared etc.
