1. Someone charged a poolside service to our room (so listen carefully to find if there are any mistakes) and we told her we didn't order that and she took it off.

2. After a few minutes of wondering if this was a huge mistake Malia informed us that we would be moved the next day to the Diamond head tower and a 50 dollar room credit would be available for us to use in any of the 80 shops or restaurants on the property.

6. Its been 2 years since I last stayed at the Hyatt and although I did come back to Hawaii last year I made a huge mistake in not staying at the Hyatt.

9. Don't do the same mistake as we did, because only with a Front Ocean View you will be able to enjoy fully the best possible view on both sides of Waikiki Beach.
