1. This was disappointing when we later spoke to other guests and found out that they had been given complimentary meals and bottles of champagne for much less inconvenience and for simply being on their honeymoon.

5. We had to carry four large suitcases on escalators which was quite inconvenient (no bellboys were available either during check-in or check-out) .

Other issues:- the pool is tiny- the laundry is expensive, confusing and complicated to use- the lobby and the main elevators are on the second floor and the only way to get there is by escalator or by an elevator which is way in the back center of the building away from the other elevators so it's pretty inconvenient if you've got kids/babies in strollers and/or if you would prefer to not use the bell service.
