1. We did complain and were given a much better room within a matter of hours but even though we explained that it was our honeymoon we weren't given anything in way of an apology.

5. We didn't have any noise issues, Kalakaua Ave is noisy all the time so it's not really fair to complain about that, it's part of the attraction anyway.

7. We did stay in the Diamondhead Tower and had an Ocean View room, so we didn't have the noise issues that some earlier reviewers complain about.

10. We also complained to Hyatt because they too confirmed our amenities but refuse to help us and cited it as a misundersanding and pointed their fingers to Expedia for misleading us.
