We did
complain
and were given a much better room within a matter of hours but even though we explained that it was our honeymoon we weren't given anything in way of an apology.

We didn't have any noise issues, Kalakaua Ave is noisy all the time so it's not really fair to
complain
about that, it's part of the attraction anyway.

We did stay in the Diamondhead Tower and had an Ocean View room, so we didn't have the noise issues that some earlier reviewers
complain
about.

The staff however, will act surprised when you
